Primary 7 had a wonderful day listening to and engaging with the author Declan Carville.
The boys and girls got to ask lots of interesting questions about his books, how he got his ideas for writing, and the whole story writing process. After listening to and discussing the story Nelly Fandango, the children got to create and develop their own characters and animate them. Thank you to Declan for being so generous with his time and encouragement.
The tea and pain au chocolat went down a treat too!
