Christmas Carol Service
All classes from P1 - P7 participated in our Carol service.
Primary 1-3 set the tone for the evening with a beautiful performance of Away in a Manger. This was followed by a medley of carols and Christmas songs, finishing with We wish you a Merry Christmas through makaton. The participation and singing from our young pupils was delightful and parents and staff are very proud of them.
P4-P7 continued this lovely evening, telling the Nativity story, through the spoken word and song. The primary 7 children led the narration and along with primary 5 & 6 who sang a lovely arrangement of carols, as the primary 4 children gradually built up the Nativity tableau. Well done to all the boys and girls, fantastic reading and acting and fabulous singing. What a wonderful way to get us ready for Christmas, in the lovely setting of St. John’s Church.
Thank you to Fr Moore and Martin for your help.
