Our Primary 7 class along with their parents and guardians enjoyed a lovely Leavers’ Celebration afternoon. The boys and girls performed a lovely poem and took a trip down memory lane, watching a photo presentation of their 7 or 8 years at St. John’s and talking about their favourite school memories.
This was followed with some traditional group tunes on the fiddle, tin whistle and banjo. Well done to all the pupils who took part. They were brilliant!
After that, presentations were made to each P7 pupil and they finished their performance with a medley of songs.
Refreshments were then served and Mackles Ice-cream Cart was there to reward our wonderful primary 7 class. A welcome treat on a very warm summer’s afternoon.
